Needed my van looked at and small issue was taken care of without any charge. Not many good guys anymore but I wouldn't go anywhere else for muffler/exhaust repairs.

Needed my catalytic converter replaced and this is the spot! Reasonably priced, straight shooters, fast turnaround (dropped it off Tuesday before Thanksgiving and got it back by Friday), great customer service, super friendly and transparent. Cannot recommend them enough. Usually hate dealing with mechanics as a female and they didn't squeeze me or try to upsell me on anything. Just gave me exactly what I needed at a good price.

Joe & Kristin are the perfect couple combination. She runs the front house with such amazing customer service skills. And he runs the back house with outstanding communication and integrity. It wasnt just about the money (like most shops) with him. He sent my car over to someone else just to make sure he could pin point the issue with my car before purchasing very expensive parts. I can tell that they enjoy helping people and not just trying to get a check. Great communication and honest!!!

So yesterday took my car to western auto for oil change because drain plug was rounded and they couldnt get it off and referred me to pro-fit muffler. Today I get to pro-fit around 1:00- 1:30 I noticed the receptionist walk in the garage to talk to the mechanic's as I was walking to the front door " never a warning " so I'm thinking ok just wait in the inside until she come back it's no sign on the door saying beware pitbulls are in the front lobby well your dogs welcomed me at the door and you watched me walk back to my car never acknowledging me or the dogs. That's piss poor customer service too the MAX!!!
