Love the perks and resadent portal so you can pay online! Love it! And the grounds are beautiful thank you Spanish missions for giving me a place to call home

All I can say is God knows who to put in place!!! Our new property manager & team is changing everything about this place!!! They understand that everyone may not have it & they do there best to help everyone around they understand that everyone may have struggle but if you take time & go talk to them they will help!! Mrs. Denise & her team & I pray that God continue to blessed each & everyone of them they continue to be blessed to others!!

This place is horrible. I lived there for 4 years because you do what you have to until you can do better. When I first moved in the rent was $975. It has steadily increased without any added value or amenities. The complex is old and isnt energy efficient. Yes, there is new ownership but a coat of paint doesnt equate to much. They are doing what they can with what they have. There are roaches, loud neighbors and the apartments have serious plumbing and ceiling leaks. Also, half of the outlets did not work and the carpet in the apartments is thin and cheap. If you have a decent vacuum it will start to fray from the suction. The washer hookups did not have working cold water, so we had to do all our laundry with hot. The popcorn on the bathroom ceilings started peeling off due to humidity from the showers in the first year there. And to top it all off at least once a month the water to the complex is shut off for mainline repairs. Work orders would be closed out with nothing done. The cost of living here does not match the value. There is a reason this complex changes ownership every couple of years.
