The Harbin Agency

Totally not impressed with this company. Everyone else has been great but there is one lady named Anne French I think, and she is one of the most unpleasant individuals I have ever spoken to. Very rude, snappy, uninviting, unprofessional, everything negative and this lady is it. Shes got the I dont owe you anything attitude and is quite demanding with no manners or politeness. She is rude on the phone and over email (plus she never says maam, please, thank you, or youre welcome), and her emails are punctuated like a kindergartner. You would figure someone working in the insurance office staff would be a decently nice and smart individual but she surprised me because she is everything but. Harbin Agency, you might want to look into your employees a little further as this will not suffice for even a portion of the face of a company. FYI I chose to not use Harbin Agency for my business as a result of this lady. Completely shocked with the low level of service quality on her behalf and that was enough to make my decision for me.

We have been clients of the Harbin Agency for 10 years now. We appreciate the personal customer service we receive with all of our policies. We price shop every year to be sure and we are always told that our rates cannot be beat. We appreciate that everyone at Harbin from our agent Brad Brezina to the office staff that have helped us over the years always have our best interest in mind.
