Superior Fence & Rail

They replaced a picket fence. The builder, David, was a pleasure to deal with. I advised what I wanted and he delivered on everything. He also had some good suggestions about how to make the design better. He worked fast, built a really high quality fence, and cleaned up the work site well upon completion. He also took great care to protect the many plants in the construction area during construction. I could not be more pleased. Thanks, David.

Requested an estimate for a new fence on their website and received a call the following day to schedule the visit. On estimate day person showed up on time as scheduled and was professional in providing information. Unfortunately thats where the professionalism ended. Was promised a quote as soon as he got back to the office. Said it was right down the road. I waited 4 days before calling to chase him for the estimate by leaving him a voicemail on his cell phone. No return call. Waited another day and called the office. Person that answered told me she could see the estimate but it was not completed yet. She would have him call me or send me the estimate. Needless to say 19 days after they came to measure I still dont have an estimate. Save your time and go elsewhere. **Update** received a call which I missed followed by an email. The email was professional and apologetic. No excuses just owning up to my complaint.

Superior fencing has been great! From start to finish the employees have been wonderful. Josh and David did a wonderful job installing the fence as well as interacting with my dogs! A wonderful experience and the dogs love the new fenced in area.

Poor quality workmanship and materials. They have slick sales guys that promise you the world and then under deliver. They sub everything out to no name contractors. Our fence starts falling apart the day after they installed, they came back out and "fixed" it, but very poorly. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere if you care about quality.

David and Joshua are real hard working men representing Superior Fence. They worked in very cold temps, sometimes even muddy after rain prior. Great work ethics and very polite. They explained how to use my gates and where to put a lock if needed. I would definitely use them again.
