We used their service for my wifes 50th birthday event and it went so well and all thanks to Madhuri and her team. They were very responsive and supportive from the day one and suggested nice ideas to improve the events overall conduct. The turn key option made our lives easier as there was no third party to deal with and they provided all the necessary services starting from decoration to lighting, dj, photos etc. I referred them to my friends and family and they had the same experience as mine. Sterling handled small, medium, and big events as well. I would definitely use them for my next event.

I had the pleasure of working with Madhuri for my daughter's Arangetram. From the planning of the event to the final execution, it was picture perfect. I had only given her an idea of what I wanted but the final props were outstanding and more than what I could have imagined. The lobby decorations left my guests in astonishment. Madhuri and her crew went over and beyond to make our event one that set the standard for Arangetrams in Atlanta. I did not expect the entire stage set up to be different for the second half but when the draped opened, the audience was in gasps as how ethereal the stage looked. I wanted an elaborate flower drop on stage that was a last minute add on. Madhuri and her crew went out of their way to procure fire proof fabric and sprayed each individual petal with the fire proof spray and made that dream of ours come true. The entire crew was so patient, punctual and took care of our every whim and fancy. I have no reservations in recommending Sterling Decor for their high quality work and attention to detail.

My husband and I had an amazing wedding, but no thanks to Sterling Decor. They seemed easy to work with at first, but communication quickly became awful. The flowers on the stage were so sparse, when we were specific during planning that we wanted full, real flower arrangements and we are willing to pay more for that. More sparse flower arrangements as centerpieces came in, and we were missing some, as they stated that some vases broke in their car on the drive. Rather than going out to quickly buy more vases for their business, they re-used my mom's centerpiece arrangements from our Sangeet for the back tables (which looked significantly better than theirs)! They were 2 days old and completely different colors and looks!! We paid for roses on our malas, and received carnations instead. Their mandap and reception chairs on stage were horrid when you look at them up close (even though they said they clean and repaint everything each time before use, yeah right). My dad purchased chairs and a table for the stage for the wedding because we have been to weddings before, and its always a bad experience no matter who you use. The hotel staff told us days later that Sterling Decor did not listen to them about setting up in the correct place. They used unauthorized areas to put things together and created a HUGE amount of mess. They ate our appetizers right when they came out on both days while setting up, and when the staff asked if they were guests or vendors, they said they were guests (because they are also Indian looking like me, the staff couldn't question it). We paid for them to stay at the hotel of the wedding, yet they didn't clean up their stuff until the mornings after, so the hotel staff had to clean most of it the nights before, so they could vacuum and get things ready for the next days events for us. We valued and loved every single one of our vendors here in the ATL area, but Sterling Decor was the only one who gave us stress and issues. Everyone thought it was a great wedding, pictures look great, we had an amazing time, but when you are paying top dollar, you expect quality, not this.

Nightmare service with no refund Madhuri provided us a red carpet for our daughter's wedding which smelled really bad. It smelled so bad that we had to remove it and sprayed Febreze to remove the smell. When asked Madhuri, she refused to refund the money and not answering our phones. Please stay away
