        Very disappointed with this facility. We have been coming here for 5+ yrs and today the office took full advantage of over charging for no reason. My pup injured her hip and I made the appointment for it to be looked at. They didnt exam the hip but the decided to run bloodwork and heartworm test which she had two months ago. They proceed to do the following test without our approval. When asked about the hip or if theyd give her an exam they stated it was already done and prescribed her pain meds with no explanation to what could be the issue. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication.

        I really appreciate when they are able to work my pets in on Saturday (since I can't get time off from work during the week). The staff, techs, & doctors are all wonderful, very attentive, and take the time to explain things.
