You don't need a property manager when a tenant pays in full, on time and no repairs are needed. But when this doesn't happen, you need someone like Lance Carter. He and I have a long-term professional relationship. When I have an issue or I disagree with him, he is prompt to address my concerns. He sends a detailed statement on the 15th of the month and my money is deposited on time. The price of his services are competitive and my tenants seem to like Lance as much as I do because he is fair, communicates well, follows through and meets both our needs. I highly recommend him whether you are a property owner or renter. 5 stars!
