OMG! I can't believe these guys is still in business I used these guys 8/9/2021 they took my money and didn't provide the service I paid for which was a leak detection 385.00 Ernesto Caesar came out they didn't confirm that they were coming I wasn't home he called me and stayed there was no need for a leak detection and thats what i paid mu 385.00 for instead he emailed me a estimate of 6471.30 and credited me my 385.00 I ALREADY HAD ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE JOB I JUST NEEDED WATER SAVER TO DETECT THE LEAK AND THDY DIDNT BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEY ARE STILL TAKING PEOPLE HARD EARNED MONEY TODAY!

I am really happy with my experience with Water Savers. Master Plumber Ernesto found my problem within 5 minutes of being in my home. Two other companies came before him, and they couldnt find the problem. There is a reason Ernesto is called a Master Plumber. He has many years of experience. Fortunately, the repair was very minor. He was honest with his evaluation and even gave me a follow up call. I also want to acknowledge the customer service agent. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative, I actually spoke to a person and not a robot!

Ernesto and his team were very responsive during the holidays when our pipes froze and broke and flooded our basement. We have had other work done and are very satisfied with their work. We have since referred him to other colleagues and friends. Its difficult finding a reliable plumber. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak repair
