I will never be taking ny husky to get groomed here simply because: 1) the cost to get them groomed and 2) the fact that you have to be a member to receive services

I am so happy to have such a convenient grooming location nearby! My dogs can be a handful, but the staff has always handled them beautifully! No matter which service I opt for, I have been pleased with the outcome. As a night shift worker, finding times that work for my schedule can be a challenge, but I haven't had any issues with scheduling here.

We recently joined the monthly membership to help maintain our doodles coat. They do wonderful work (blowout / cuts add a price, but they are well worth it). Their hours are convenient and we love that we have a standing monthly appointment. The staff is friendly and our doodle is complimented nonstop.

I took my dog to be groomed ( the membership services)- it was his third time there. He has always been fine-he is not aggressive, has never even attempted to bite anyone,etc.He is a smaller dog- 18 lbs. When I picked him up I was told in a not so nice tone that he had bitten 2 staff members and that the next time he comes he has to have a "calming agent." - said he had been like that since before they started the service. I apologized and explained that he has never done anything like that before. Then I received this email concerning his visit. Totally conflicting descriptions of this visit. I cancelled the membership because I am not giving my dog medication to be groomed when I have never had any complaints about him. So who was telling the truth here???COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS Rocky was the perfect boy! His teeth had minor tartar and were cleaned. I recommend our dental products to help prevent tartar in the future. His ears were also cleaned. Check every 2-4 weeks to ensure he stays happy and healthy. Hope to see Rocky again!
