I don't share many reviews but this company was an absolute nightmare to work with. I should've known it from the get-go when a salesman was on the phone with me for about 2 hours trying to get my business and throwing in all these discounts. When the movers came to pick up my things, I was given a Bill of Lading with a summary of the actual charges and the mover gave me their word that this was the final charge. He said I was charged per cubic ft based on how much room my belongings took up in his truck and that my things would not be re-measured. Well that was not true at all apparently, my things were remeasured and I was charged an additional $705 even though I had already signed the Bill of Lading! Not only that but my 55" tv was stolen from its box and replaced with packing blankets. Oops! Other items were broken. I was offered a fraction of the losses, which has taken over 6 months to get and somehow they keep conveniently losing documents so I keep sending them the same information.
