We were selling a house and had a situation where we were not satisfied with our first choice of Realtor. Our house had been on the market for a month with little interest being shown by buyers. It was such a relief when we switched to Jay. The experiences were like night and day. With no time to waste, Jay relisted our house with new professional photos and posted a very well worded description for the websites and the offers started rolling in. She went over each one with us to help us understand the contract jargon. We were very pleased with the price we got for our house and how quickly it sold. Definitely would work with her again.
