I work nearby and I come here weekly on my lunch break . Never had an issue up until today and I must say I feel extremely disrespected, profiled and in complete shock . As I went to the register to pay for my items who I was told was the supervisor asked me to come to the side , she then told me she had saw me on camera and had pictures of me stealing , I told her I have never In my life stole from here so why would she assume it was Me , she went on to describe that it was A female with a ponytail . I told her to show me so that I can prove to her she has me mistaken for someone else . She returned back to the floor telling me the cameras werent working today and to come back tomorrow to speak to the Gm I could not believe that she felt it was Ok to assume and accuse that I was the person stealing . I told her I felt profiled and I felt like I was being antagonized and she went on to say she could have me mistaken if so I can continue to shop here but if it was Me Ill be banned . She also explained how she felt she handled herself right because she pulled me to the side and spoke to me. Can you imagine how I felt ? How my energy and mood went from high to low . I was falsely accused and profiled today at Family dollar . My experience was Highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating.
