Staff is very friendly. Wasn't clean about what I would expected to pay out of pocket. One employee showed me and had me to sign the bill, but said that was not what I had to pay. I left thinking I did not own anything.

Made an appointment over a month in advance only for them to tell me they cancelled my appointment the day of due to lack of insurance, which was a lie. Waste of time energy and gas

This office REGULARLY wastes my time. Im new and the ONLY visit my time was respected was to see a specialist. Twice, Ive had to drive to the office to adjust appointments because no one answers or returns calls on the main line. The most recent issue involves them rushing me to come in earlier, only for it to take so long to provide a treatment plan that I fell asleep. During my cleaning, the hygienist informed me that they put TOO much glue on my temporary crown that its causing inflammation. Im EXTREMELY dissatisfied in general. The endodontist was quick and thorough Ada was the hygienist, the dentist seems ok. Ms. Amy at the front is currently the ONLY reason I havent switched dentist offices yet. 4/5/24 update Todays visit was rescheduled because they took the wrong person back in my spot by accidentwhich was a waste of my gas and time. I love my hygienist, but will be looking for another office. They also never answer the phone when I call.
