The amount of care that she has for my hair is something you often dont find anywhere. She has colored corrected an impossible pink/red color for me plus has grown my hair tremendously. Have been seeing Georgette for over 5 years. She is creative and always knows what I need to have done. She has a talent to take the ordinary and make it Extrodinary. Love my time with Georgette and appreciate her talent.

I wish I could give this business zero stars. I made an appointment based on a recommendation from a very good friend and I was looking forward to having a new stylist that I could hopefully depend on. The night prior to my appointment I was notified by Georgette that the credit card on file needed to be updated I get nervous with these profiles as I've had my credit card information stolen but I was happy to do this so that she could feel comfortable knowing that I it was a legitimate customer who is going to pay for her services. After doing so she proceeded to ask me several questions almost as if it was a consultation mind you it's 9:45 at night. I am not text messaging someone back-and-forth about an appointment that was booked weeks in advance this is very unprofessional and it tells me that she was unprepared. I went along and I answered her questions I even sent pictures per her request of my hair texture and what my hair goals were. After that there was no other reply I went to bed and went on with my morning the next day I arrived early for my appointment and there was no information regarding where to locate her actual place of business I was able to find it with the help of another location in the shopping plaza. When I entered 15 minutes before noon I was greeted by a gentleman who also works in the same suites and I was told that I could wait for her arrival. At 12:08 PM I started to get concerned that she was not responding to my text messages nor has she arrived yet. I waited 15 more minutes I called her phone and I left several messages again no reply. At this point it is now 1230 and I have wasted my time she's extremely late and or something may have happened I always give the benefit of the doubt and never jump to conclusions. At this point though it's time for me to go I left the salon and arrived home at 1:03 PM and I received a text message from Georgette screenshot will be added below. To say that I am furious at the lack of professionalism that she exhibits is an understatement if you can avoid working with a stylist of this caliber you should at all costs I don't care how good you are at doing hair this is plain disrespectful.
