        They say they cash non-customer check's, I went to this morning to cash a child support refund check from Texas, no one would take the time to verify the check, stated I need to open a account and in 3 to 5days I will have access to my money. They don't cash non-customer check's, I wouldn't recommend this bank concerning customer service, and false advertisement. Someone couldn't took the time to verify the check. Disappointed customer.         Waited in line for 25 minutes only to find out that they will not exchange a $20 bill for $2 bills unless you have an account.
