*06/23/23 Update *This business sold me an fridge that was already out of warranty, so I have no way of getting my fridge fixed or replaced. They then tried to "fix" the fridge and sold it to me while saying it was "lightly used." They are scammers. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. A follow up review a year from purchase. They sold me a refrigerator with a bad compressor; then someone did a horrible repair job on that compressor, so bad that the samsung service employee had to say and I quote, "I've never seen such a bad repair." Thank god the compressor is under warranty. I understand why liquidation stores are necessary but do yourself a favor and at least look elsewhere. If you have the funds to wait a little bit longer then just buy new. Horrible experience from top to bottom.

Horrible experience from start to finish. This place was recommended by "reputable" Alanta food writer, Christiane Lauterbach, so we took her word when looking for a new appliance. We were sold a broken appliance and were met with extreme difficulty when trying to exchange it. The delivery people had attitude. The customer service people had attitude. And we were treated as if our hard-earned dollars didn't matter. Would never recommend.

If something goes wrong, be prepared to wait!  The refrigerator we purchased stopped cooling with the 90 day warranty.  They only service on Tuesdays.  So, imaging having to wait for service and then wait for parts.  Within the next 25 days the refrigerator stopped cooling again.  Called on Labor day & Tuesday the office was closed.  Spoke to them on Wednesday and yes, we were going to have wait again for service on Tuesday. I'm still waiting for a call back to confirm what part was replaced in August. They were initially very responsive but then required more follow-up phones calls.

Great place to get good quality appliances for low prices. Friendly staff. They give a90 day warranty on all their appliances
