    The Reid is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Also easy access to 285 My apartment overlooks the pool which gives me the feeling of being on vacation

    The Reid is an excellent place to stay if youre interested in the Atlanta area. Its only about 15 minutes outside of the city. The property is always well kept and management is always on top of things when you need them. Swift communication and always professional and personable to their residents! Highly recommend

    Can anyone say Top Tier!? I am coming up on 1 year at THE REID and I have never felt more at home. Kamae - you are the absolute best, from day 1 to almost day 365. Lets just say on my initial tour - I smiled the whole time about everything top to bottom and Im still smiling. I definitely love THE REID APARTMENTS and my friends/family do as well.

    I have been complaining about ongoing noise disruptions that haven't allowed me to sleep in my unit for the last three months and nothing has been done. They have asked me to jump through a million hoops to prove the noise is prohibiting me from having any peace in my apartment. They continue to move the goal post and add unnecessary criteria. I have now called Dekalb county police twice to address the noise as well as calling the courtesy officer over twenty times in the last month. He is almost NEVER onsite. I have shared multiples videos with the Reid's leasing team and Melissa Carpenter at corporate. Nothing has changed. Actually, they are trying to force me to terminate my lease early rather than to ask the upstairs neighbors to stop violating their lease. The manager at the Reid is volatile, dismissive, and vindictive on a good day. He has done everything in his power to block me from getting anywhere on this issue and has resorted to petty illegal efforts to force me out of my unit. My vehicle was flagged as "abandoned" for no apparent reason. I drive my car to and from work every day and park within the gates at the property. There are a handful of cars onsite that have not moved in months and were not flagged. When I reached out to Dekalb county police officer who has been dealing with my case, HE suggested that this was an act of retaliation because it was unlawfully done. At this point, the lengths that the Reid and Range Water Real Estate are going through to NOT resolve tenant issues is shameful. A civil suit is in the works, and I look forward to finally getting some resolve. DO NOT RENT FROM ANY RANGE WATER PROPERTIES, ESPECIALLY THE REID IN TUCKER, GA. UPDATE: Things started off very smooth but over the last few months things have been.. difficult here. 1.) Trash service is inconsistent/unreliable and were often charged for valet trash when more than half of the time our garbage isnt being picked up. 2.) For the last 6 months my gate code has not been working which means Ive had to go downstairs let in all guests and deliveries. I have been calling the leasing office about the issue since summer just to be given an excuse and asked if Im sure Im typing in the number correctly. Its been established the code isnt working and theres nothing Ive done wrong on my end. Fix the problem and take accountability. 3.) Im tired of the apathetic attitude from management when presented with a concern. This doesnt apply to everyone in the leasing office, as most of the agents are helpful. But, Im disappointed in the lack of urgency and respect from Pepe. He doesnt seem to take anything I say seriously and has a nonchalant and snarky disposition. Im over it. 4.) Noise complaints and neighbor relations are not taken seriously. Theres supposed to be quiet hours residents adhere to but in this complex lately, this isnt happening. Rules are not being followed and complaints about said rules fall on deaf ears with management. On a regular night you can hear parties, loud music, arguing, and endless STOMPING and horseplay all night inside your unit and the hallways. Its absolutely insane. Im not sure if the building used the best acoustical products because the walls and ceilings seem to be paper thin on top of inconsiderate neighbors. Ive had enough. Also, why are pipes bursting in an apartment complex thats practically brand-new?
