Georgia Heart Institute

My 1st time there. A very pleasant front office experience with a friendly & knowledgeable receptionist. Nurses were great - knew what they were doing. I like Dr Veerasamy, he explained everything quite well. Seemed to know his job, which is great for NE Georgia! He ordered an echocardiogram and I see him again in 3 months. Bottom line, Dr V. seemed like a nice & intelligent person! I would highly recommend Georgia Heart Institute.

Waited with my elderly parent for more than an hour, completely ignored us, never said a word about running behind until i tracked someone down. Very unprofessional, ignorant.

They are so nice and the doctors does not cut any corners they are straight forward and make sure you are well took care of, and you don't leave the office not knowing what's going on or any unanswered questions. They will answer everything they can. Wonderful experience.

My appointment for a lab draw at the Toccoa Clinic, was at 7:15. I arrived on time to find that no one was at the lab and the door was locked . An elderly gentleman was standing outside in the cold rain and told me his appointment was scheduled for 7am. The sign on the door clearly stated that the doors open at 7:30. Why were the appointments made earlier than the doors open? In total there were four people standing out in the cold at 7:15, all with appointments at 7am. When lab personnel began to arrive at 7:15 they just left everyone out in the cold until 7:30. This is very poor customer service.
