        Tevin was the best , he wouldn't stop till he got me the best quote and policy i could afford!!! He understood when I told him I needed all the savings I could get so again thanks tevin , I will definitely recommend anybody to come see you at southern harvest here in tifton ga!!

        Irritated with this company is not even the words I want to use! I was unable to make a payment online, called customer service and they transferred me to my local office in tifton, ga. Lady answered an asked me to please hold she assisting another customer. I held for 18 mins and no one came on the phone. I called customer service again was transferred yet again to my local office the same lady answered the phone I explained that I needed to make my payment before today due to cancellation date. I told her I already held for 18 mins an she said maam please be patient youll be fine. At this point I had been on hold again for 15 mins more. I had a rep on the other line listening in to the call an I asked her what her name was several times and she would t answer me. She said Ill have someone call you to take the payment. I cannot express how upset I was to have held on the phone on my lunch break to make a payment only for this women to tell me shes going to have someone call me. I hung up the phone. Someone called me from a blocked number and answered maybe 2 mins after hanging up the phone. This was a different lady that works at the tifton office I asked her who I was talking to before her an she said the womens name was Ameshia so I short due to Ameshias in ability to handle this professionally from the beginning I will be go with another company. Next time Ameshia take my number an call me back instead of wasting my time! If I was your manager Id listen to those calls an consider a disciplinary action to take with your lack of customer service skills and professionalism.
