Archbold Ambulatory Care Center

Went for lab work. TOO much paper, staff not at all friendly or responsive. Almost 2 weeks later Im trying to track down the labs. In the end, my doc was part of the problem, but how can one find out when EVERY number you call at the ambulatory center goes to a voice mail box, most of which tell you that the voice mail box is no longer operating? I finally reached a very nice woman in the CT dept who promised to transfer me to the lab receptionist but that number also took me nowhere. Not sure how anyone ever gets an appt there. Does anyone ever check these things?

Old fashion all paperwork in n 10 sheets of paper in 20 different languages. They need to sign everyone in on a portable notepad and get them to the lab. Too much sitting around. Efficiency is 40 year old irse of pepper. Way behold the curve

Had surgery July 5th on right shoulder.When I was released they gave no discharge instructions, didn't show me how to properly wear a slang, so my slang was on incorrectly. Then the guy who rolled me out acknowledged it then laughed & got me on my way then went back inside. They called me 15 minutes later to tell me bout my discharge papers after I'm 15 miles out of town. I asked if they could mail them, some lady said yes, but never did had to go too ER the next day for pain & discharge instructions. That is not professional nor caring. Last time I had surgery there I didn't feel out the survey book they send out afterwards, but I bet I will this time. I'm very upset & was told I may need to take action for their negligence even if I don't wanna.
