Based on my experience with them, I'm guessing the 5 star reviews came from friends/family. They need to change their name. "Professional" is the wrong word. In my phone call of less than 1 minute, I tried to say 3 sentences and I was interrupted each time. They didn't make a great first impression. It was unbelievably rude.
