Her staff is horrible. My mom never got to see the "good" Doc....her staff wasn't much help for anything. I would just take my Mom to the E.R. And the social worker at the hospital, gave us all the medical assistant and follow up care to make sure we had what we needed.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Pickens and her bedside manner. On the other side I cant seem to get my prescription without a hassle. I went to the office Monday with severe pain. Called yesterday no meds. Called today no meds. Per pharmacy they sent over another request today. I personally talked with the office today. Still no meds and have suffered for 5 days and nights. Jesus take the wheel

Love her and her staff. Very compassionate, and concerning when it come to her patients. Her entire staff and environment just give off family vibes. Went to her with an issues I have been dealing with for a while and without a doubt to me her mom mode kicked in her towards me from her and her staff. I'm telling you ladies if you want some to listen and communicate the Ms. Pickens is the one. If I could give her a million stars and likes then I would. She is officially my doctor because she shows love, compassion, empathy, understanding and communicate with her patients. She just so amazing and I think God for sending me to her. Thank you Ms. Pickens and your staff. I'm now officially your patient. If it ain't Pickens I ain't Picking. Thank you all and God bless

Dr. K. Pickens is so special to the CASON's. She was our mother provider and our father. Her bedside manner is awesome. She doesn't sugar coats anything. We are very appreciative and we love you.
