Everytime my review gets deleted I'm going to repost again because y'all should have did y'all job correctly and people most definitely need to know how y'all treat people. My experience as a NEW PATIENT was HORRIBLE. They literally made me cry how they spoke to me on my FIRST VISIT. Everything was fine with the white nurse who came in & spoke to me, INTRODUCED herself, asked for the money, told me the doctor will be right with me and left, no problem. I told her my mom was in the waiting room and she said she would go out and get the money from her b/c I didn't have it with me at the moment. My mom told me she went to sit in her car and talk to her boyfriend, so I guess the nurse thought my mom left. If so she should have came back in the room and told me she couldn't find my momma and can I get in contact with her to bring the money AND I WOULD HAVE CALLED MY MOMMA AND SHE MOST DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE POLITELY CAME BACK IN AND GAVE YALL THE MONEY FOR YALL SERVICES. Unfortunately, this did not happen at all I guess they had the idea we wasn't trying to pay and just came in so rudely, no introduction, no greeting, no trying to make a new and what could've been a loyal patient comfortable at all b/c somebody don't know how to properly do their job working in the HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY. Anyways, another nurse come in this time but she's black and she just straight away say " WHAT YOU BEEN DOING? YOU TOO PRETTY TO BE LETTING YOUR TEETH ROT OUT LIKE THAT. AND YOU SMOKE TOO". Mind y'all this my first time coming back to any dentist since I was 12 so I know my teeth messed up that was the whole purpose of coming to y'all dental office. A few minutes later the Dr. comes in, no introduction also, no trying to make me comfortable, he actually made me very uncomfortable on my FIRST VISIT seeing that I don't know him. He just came in and placed his hand on my shoulder firmly like he was gripping me and trying to hold me down if I were to get up and try to run. He says " you know what we got to talk about right. YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO A DENTIST OFFICE SINCE YOU WERE 12 YEARS OLDDD (exaggerated facial expressions and body movements), YOUR FIRST DENTIST VISIT WAS WHEN YOU WAS 6 AND YA LAST ONE WAS WHEN YOU WAS 12". Y'all they were literally telling me stuff that I already knew and felt bad about but with a tone of judgment, seeing that they are strangers to me and still have yet to introduce themselves. When he said that I bursted out crying b/c now you speaking on my childhood trauma and you didn't even tell me your name..how dare you. I know not coming to the dentist since I was 12 is terrible that's why I'm here in YALL FACILITY today. Even though I so desperately wanted to get up and go elsewhere, I wanted this tooth gone even more so hey I had to take that humiliation that day. Last thing, when I brought up the fact that I don't like to be judged and I like for people to talk to me and not at me like I'm a child to the black nurse instead of apologizing for making a NEWWWW PATIENTTTT WHILE YOU THE ONE ON THE CLOCK feel like she was judged and belittled which I WAS, she says "That's just how I talk I can't help I have a Northern accent & speak proper English and not a SOUTHERN ACCENT" ...YALL . Then she saw I could see past her shady comments and gone say "I'm bout 50 so who am I to judge" exactly but you still did it. Moral of the story as a young black women coming into a black owned business this was just terrible and unprofessional on all levels. They tried to make me feel low but all this did was show me what type of "people" y'all are ON THE INSIDE and our ancestors are highly disappointed at YALL. I wouldn't recommend if you are sensitive, have actual feelings, not a hater but your appearance makes you look ghetto BUT YOU'RE NOT AND HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES.  -10,000/2 but thanks for getting that rotten, terrible, moldy bug infested tooth out for me guys y'all really are the almighty gods that y'all think y'all are.
