Pardon My Cheesesteak

For the money you pay you can definitely get more for your money anywhere that has a cheesesteak in Tallahassee. Let's start with the bread. They only have 6 inch hotdog/small hoagie buns so if you order a footlong your getting 2 of these. My least favorite part of a sandwich is the two ends so with a footlong from here I now get four ends. The meat has potential as does the veggies. Unfortunately they are all griddle cooked tonthe point of being past caramelized. The entire meat, veggie and cheese mixture is on the bread almost like a beef jerky, salty and mushy paste other than the crispy burnt ends of the veggies and meat the texture would just be mush. As for the cheese sauce, mine was not only missing all the cheese sauce it is supposed to come with but I also didn't get any of the extra I paid for when I ordered delivery. Overall if they would cook it half the time it and cut a little salt out (and I love salt) I would order again if the price was a little better. The footlong is reallt only worth about 12 bucks even at 2023 prices and that is if it's prepared right and you get everything you paid for.
