I called with very late notice for them to fix the hot mess another stylist created. Mrs. Phyllis was kind and professional. She fixed my hair beautifully.

I call headed to see if they did walk-in. They didnt speak much on the phone and asked me what I was looking for and I said I wanted to get my sons hair cut. They didnt say anything for a minute and told me to come on in. So I did. When I got there no one spoke a word to me and what I could only guess is they seen that my son was a small child. He is only 2 and is in need of a hair cut. The lady who spoke to me finally. I guess to what appeared to me a rock, paper, scissor to who would be the one to cut his hair. Showed a attitude to me. The whole time she was more concerned of a color appointment she had. So I did not feel welcome at all. Even though I call before hand. We go to set my son up to get his hair cut even though i felt unwelcome. Keep in mind he is 2 and is not uses to other people touching him. So he moved his head and cried out in response to the lady touching him with out even saying hey to him. Didnt help him to feel welcome either. Then told my son if you cry you dont get a sucker. The lady told me if he was going to cry and not sit still that she didnt want to cut his hair. Because she had a color appointment coming in. I told her once again he is 2 he is probably going to be uncomfortable with this process. Then got frustrated with my son because he was scared. So already feeling unwelcome and feeling like my son was a problem. I picked my son up and left. As I am walking out she said she didnt want to cut him. I get it he is a small child they move around and they cry. If you dont want small kids coming to your business say that. But dont make my child feel like a inconvenience to your day. So if your looking to get a small childs hair cut dont go here. They do not welcome them with kindness. If she was to cut my sons hair he wouldnt had enjoyed the process and she would had ruined it for the next time. And how she was acting I dont feel she would had even try to do a good job.

they pushed my shi back to 1942 showed them a picture of when my hair was decently long (slightly over the eyebrows) they put my shi in the stratosphere where its way above my eyebrows now :/
