my bill is in my apartment name, i only receive 83$ utilty allowance for both electric and gas, the manager always gives me my bill only after 35$ late fees or cut off .

It is unfortunate to have the person in charge of the electric department delivering poor customer service. When I tried to report a power out on the emergency line I was screamed at over the phone by the one person claiming to work there. When I asked for their name they claimed they didn't have time for this and demanded my information. I asked to talk to someone else and they lied and pretended to be someone else. I hung up on them and called the supervisor. They made excuses and basically called me a liar stating that we were both had different stories. They also tried to say that there were a ton of calls which-I responded with previous power out calls which never had me being howled at like some banshee. In the end nothing was done to address the issue except for a stern talking to as though there are dogs working there. Make sure to get your phone transcripts after you deal with such issues.

Not sure if a review will make a difference...the customer service representatives could benefit from continued training...No one should pay these extremely high utilities and be reprimanded for payments being made on their account...if customers did not pay their bills you would be jobless...no compassion...no empathy....Be careful how you treat people...one day you could be suffering with a hardship....
