The day of my appointment I was told if I can come in 2hours early since the doctor got pulled to do a procedure. After my arrival 2 hours early and waiting , I was asked if I can wait again longer to be seen because the doctor got pulled to do another procedure. Very Unprofessional! similarly how they charge $50 if an appointment is missed , patients time is just as important.

Dr. Cook and her entire staff, including the office manager Hetal, provide exceptional care and are incredibly efficient. Highly recommend their services.

For our pregnancy we visited North Atlanta womens care and we were with Dr.Sujatha Vivek. This is one of the worst facility we have ever visited. Start with the front desk. Some people are sweet and most of them are rude all the time. They dont even answer your questions. Then comes with Dr.Sujatha Vivek. She is always my way or no way. She wont listen to patients concerns ever. Also we have seen her only 2-3 times the whole pregnancy. Also they created lot of unnecessary complication which ended up we visited maternal featal care every week, blood work 2 times a week, thyroid doctor, blood specialist. We have visited most of the doctors. Also we had very stressful pregnancy just because of the OB we have chosen. When we discussed with my other friends who were also with Dr.Sujatha Vivek had the same complaints. I have met few ppl when i was in delivery hospital tour and they also had same complaints with Dr.Vivek. We went to Dr.Vivek based on one of my friends suggestions. But later more we talked with others we heard lot of bads than good reviews about Dr.Vivek and North Atlanta womens care. Then about the office person Heatel. She never answers your questions and she is also rude. Also they dont let spouse to accompany the patient. They didnt even let us stay with the Kid in the waiting area. Even one of the front desk person printed the COVID rule at that same moment saying "Childerns not allowed" and posted in the front after seeing me with the kid. Overall - Not a good experience with North Atlanta Womens care and Dr.Sujatha Vivek. Please avoid if possible. We had first pregnancy with another OB from another state and it was peaceful and smooth.
