Thank you Dr. Heinis for the AUTHENTICITY shown in your service. Your professional knowledge and expertise as a chiropractor has made this experience so much easier for me. You always take the time to answer question after question. Being an Accountant/Realtor not a Chiropractor, you always break the answer and/or procedure down to my level of understanding, always making sure I feel good and comfortable with my decisions. As you continue to care for me these ending weeks I know i will receive nothing less than 5 star service because its your character. Very much appreciated! The service of Dr. Heinis, Violeta, and Anna is 5 . I definitely recommend "Optimum Health Suwanee Office!" April 1, 2024 My Rehab has come to an end. A week or two into my treatment I was concerned about doing the treatment in Georgia, because I live in California. Dr. Heinis has prepared me for when I return home to California in the next few days and has taken care of my concerns. I now can say I feel relieved and without pain or concerns. Now that I have been to a Chiropractor, I certainly can appreciate them. I feel like I have learned so much, thank you Dr. Heinis. Dr. Ricardo is great!! Everyone there is nice and respectful. They are Really helping me through my healing process.
