Beverly is excellent real estate agent to work with. She made the selling of my previous house and the buying of the new house stress free. My wife and I couldnt do it at all without Beverly and Annette. Not just this, Beverly worked vey hard to protect us as seller and buyer all the time. She made us sleep every night without any stress because we trusted her and her decisions. She also helped us with lots of things even after the closings. She is always available when I have questions about anything related to home like insurance, maintenance, etc. I hope Google review can give me the option to give more than 5 stars because Beverly deserves more than million stars.

Beverly helped us sell a house and buy another at the same time, she made the process very smooth. She came to our first meeting very well prepared, estimated the right price for the house we sold. We got multiple offers above the asking price, and she negotiated the best deal for us making sure we were well protected until we buy the new house and move into it. She is very detail oriented, checking every term in the contract. She makes sure wording and all contract terms works in her client's favor. She recommended to us the lender and multiple inspection companies, which both were the best to deal with very detailed and organized. She's always available to her client and provides her advice. On the personal side, she's very sweet, very thoughtful, very helpful even outside work matters, and takes a good care of her clients. We didn't just buy a new house , we gained a new friend too. I can go on and on , but I can't say thank you enough to her for making this process stress free for us.
