I wish I could give more stars, but five is the max. Where to start? Three years ago, I met Wendi (and her husband Tommy) when my husband and I were starting to look for a house in the worst possible economy for a home buyer.
The Ligas team dropped everything on a weekly and daily basis to show us homes on the market, sticking with us through over a dozen offers! They never lost patience, enthusiasm, or support, even when we got increasingly depressed.
Thanks to Wendi, we found our dream home two months ago. It wasnt on any of the normal sites, she had to do some real digging to find it, and mere words fail to describe my appreciation.
If you are looking to purchase or sell a house, please know the Ligas Team is the absolute best in the industry. Theres no pressure, no hard close, an incredible amount of empathy and they go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% thrilled with everything they have done.
They didnt just do this for a small amount of time with my family they did this for THREE years.
