Our neighborhood, Emory Parc, encompasses 63 townhouses located in North Decatur, Ga. We hired Dan Zisoff at PMI Reliance last year after having continued problems with a previous management company. After an extensive search, the Board found Dan to be dedicated, personable, communicative. We no longer had to wait days for responses to our communications-most were answered within hours. Our work orders were being dealt with in a timely fashion. Estimates from vendors for projects were handled expeditiously as well. He promised monthly walkthroughs of our neighborhood and he has delivered, inviting the Board to participate, taking notes, making suggestions. While I had a "gut impression on my interview with Dan that he was going to be a great choice, he has surpassed my expectations.
