I am a Realtor and represented a seller in Twin Creeks Sugar Hill, GA. Despite my client's several attempts to contact Shaben and Associates, there was no response. I sought information on HOA fees, but Shaben and Associates not only failed to provide accurate details but also omitted certain fees relevant to a new buyer. In order to safeguard my client, I find myself absorbing a $400 cost because Shaben is unwilling to acknowledge their lack of diligence. Regrettably, there has been no willingness to address or rectify the situation.

Shaben and Associates including Zach Hailey are the worst they simply do not care about Rivermount .
Zach does not reply to phone calls or emails after 4 months of reaching out he has proven to me he is unprofessional , lacks communication skills and clearly does not deserve his position.
The fees we pay for the association does not match the service offered .
One return call takes less than 5 min !
Our community deserves better.
Perhaps its time for new leadership !!!
