I deal with Integrity and Sandy on multiple properties she manages. She and her team are FANTASTIC to deal with. As one of their vendors they are quick to get back on requests and ensure their communities have what they need. Integrity really cares about their properties and truly help the communities they manage.

Worst HOA I have ever dealt with. Not in touch with residents and go above and beyond to hand out violations. Will never stay in a home where this company oversees. If I could go negative, I would. 0/5 stars

Completely blown away by the sheer incompetence of Laura Lazar. The lack of professionalism is astounding. She is consistently unhelpful and downright rude. She does not address people by name, refuses to extend the most basic level of respect, and for some reason cannot be bothered to use complete sentences or capitalization. How this woman has made it this far in life is beyond me. Avoid Integrity AMG at all costs. I wish I had been warned before purchasing my home. Also, the copy-and-paste replies here don't address the concerns of all these reviews. The problem is the unprofessionalism and the rudeness of Laura Lazar. If you are "just the messenger" as you say, then you should know how to properly and kindly deliver messages. You do not. That's the problem. Referring to "Laura Lazar" is a running joke in our community as every single owner agrees she is the absolute worst. We are all thrilled to finally be moving away from IntegrityAMG to a new HOA company. Hallelujah!

Run if you have to live in a neighborhood with this HOA management. I can't believe the way they run the show. First off, don't even try getting in contact with Becca or anyone from management. They are impossible to get a hold of. Curious to know why they don't respond to emails nor phone calls. What's their job? Second, the fact that the management group allows residents to have access to car sticker violations and put them on cars. These stickers have damaged my property while I was visiting. Now that its damaged of course management is no where to be found. Maybe provide training on when to put stickers on cars or maybe DONT GIVE THEM TO RESIDENTS WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I have never seen such an unprofessional group of people and company. Sorry for my friends who have a house in the neighborhood and hoping they can sell soon ONLY due to management by Integrity AMG. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY

This company holds incompetent managers that procrastinates even with the simplest requests. It is obvious the managers do not understand the policies and rules of the neighborhoods that they manage.
