Would rate 0 stars honestly. I asked for Pest Control through my apartment complex who was using this company to service my communitys apartments. After requesting them, I walked into my apartment to notice the back room light on and every part of my kitchen , living room and bathroom littered with tech notes saying they've been here for the day and I also found one in my fridge and one on my dogs cage as if the tech sprayed in these places too! Clearly this company hires people who think it's a joke to take care of peoples homes! The technician that did this is named Brien H!! How do I know he hasn't sprayed in my dogs cage or my refrigerator!! This makes me not even trust the pest control that walks into my home to provide me a service!!!

Massey in Buford is the worst pest control company to deal with . Their inspectors are incompetent . Not really sure why they show up . The inspector who showed up had a horrible attitude . Quoted me astronomical figures for complete exclusion . Another company did the total exclusion for half the price . Their rodent control program is terrible . They will show up when they can .. the technician has no clue . His manger said they will not seal anything till all mice are caught allowing more mice to get in .Once a mice is caught , they expect you the customer to grab them and dispose off them . They never show up to dispose the mice even if one was live and squeaked and my wife was with child was alone in the house . If you want to waste your money and go with a rude company , this is the company to choose Services: General wildlife removal, General pest inspection
