I used Brad on my purchase of our home. I found him to be knowledgeable and a joy to talk with. I reviewed my ideas on how much down and putting money aside from my sale so that I wouldn’t have to have a second mortgage for items that always come up. I have dealt with Brad on two mortgages now. On the second I had done all the groundwork to go with another lender, at the last minute my interest rate jumped 2.5 points. I really felt it was a bait and switch tactic. I called Brad in desperation and he handled in record time. I really believe the other lender thought it would be impossible to get done by deadline.
