I am an Escrow Officer and recently received a contract with a 3 week close. Xpert Home Lending (Frank, Chad and Bryanna) was on top of everything from that first day through funding. They were excellent in communication, they were efficient, they did all of the extra little things to make my job as a closer a lot easier and a lot more fun. They were flawless in their delivery of documents and then again for funding. Was the smoothest process and they are a ton of fun to work with. They were very appreciative of our hard work, which was very thoughtful. I hope to be able to work with them again soon.

Alysia at Xpert Home Lending was literally amazing! We are so glad that our realtor connected us with her since she made the financing part so stress free and quick. She was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Alysia!!

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I'll tell the story and you can make your own decision whether to hire this lender or not. I'm the listing agent for a property that went under contract with a buyer that hired Xpert Lending as their lender. Their loan officer, Donnie, sent us a preapproval letter that stated the buyer was approved for a loan amount sufficient to purchase the house. The letter stated Donnie had collected docs, verified income and just needed a contract and appraisal for a home. Our closing date was a little sooner than most but Donnie agreed he could get it done. The appraisal was the first problem. They ordered it, supposedly on a rush, but that wasn't the case. The appraiser canceled the first appointment and then never showed up for the second appointment. We advised Donnie of this and he got the appraisal reassigned. That appraiser shows up and requested some repairs (VA loan). Once we finally found out what repairs she requested we jumped on it and had them done that day. It was then another 6 days before she was ever notified to reinspect. Even though I had spoken to her and sent her pics of the repairs made. She had to be told to reinspect by the company that hired her. Once that finally happened, on the day we were set to close by the way, the report came back. Of course we granted an extension of the closing date and waited for the CTC. Nothing happened for another few days and the second closing date is upon us. Then on that closing date they request the termite letter which according to Donnie wasn't needed. I know enough about VA loans to know they request one for every deal. I had no idea they hadn't done it yet. We also found out they're still requesting docs from the buyers at that point....on closing day. At the very last minute we get management involved because at this point Donnie has ghosted us. We found out on the last day of the extension period that they were not approved for their loan. If you are considering this company for the biggest purchase of your life most likely, I would look elsewhere. Use a local lender that has access to their underwriters and processors.

From the beginning, the lending process with Scott and Xpert was ridiculously smooth. I had researched other lenders and the mortgage rates were really hurting our buying power. Scott was skilled in finding us a great option that maximized our buying power, and gave us a great long term financial strategy. When it came time to buy, Scott helped us buy, with a contingent sale, with a 14 day close. It was an intense process that Xpert handled gracefully. Our situation was quite accelerated, with our previous home selling in less than 5 days to an offer of a 14 day escrow. Overall, from sale of first home to purchase of second home, it was 3 weeks! Through the whole process, Scott was communicative, professional, and despite some small hurdles out of his control, he made sure we were sheltered from the pressure. I look forward to working Scott in the future for the strategic vision he built for us!
