        Curb appeal was very nice. Excellent food with a great menu and excellent service. Dining area, bathrooms, and the restaurant's exterior were very clean as well.

        Food was horrible server gave me a glass with lipstick on It did not ask if we wanted any to go boxes or any dessert will never return.

        This is the worst experience I ever had at any IHOP. My t-bone stake was cold and had no flavor. My hot chocolate wasnt hot. My grandson ordered a burger and Mac and cheese. Our waitress didnt tell us they didnt have enough Mac and cheese until we was already getting out food. She offered to substitute it with fries. He didnt get his fries until we were done with our food. One of the cup was dirty and had lipstick on it. I will never visit this IHOP again.
