have been a patient of Dr. Herman's for 10 years and always received excellent care. Recently I had to have some tests done at Northside Hospital, Duluth and after calling frequently and going to Northside 2xs, I could not get the results sent to Dr. Herman. I contacted Dr. Herman for help. Joyce made many phone calls, after be transferred repeatedly she helped me patiently until the situation was resolved. Dr. Narayan has cared for my 94 year old father for over a year now and has meticulously watched over his health, addressing his concerns with a depth of knowledge and empathy. The front office has been extraordinarily helpful during some trying situations and we've been so thankful for their help. We hold the entire practice in high regard.
