Comprehensive Neurology Specialists

I recently called the office to make an appointment, but unfortunately, my experience with the front desk employees left much to be desired. The individual who answered the phone seemed disinterested and impatient, displaying rudeness throughout our interaction. Their tone was curt, and they seemed unwilling to assist me with my inquiries. This behavior was disappointing and reflected poorly on the professionalism of the establishment. As a customer, I believe that courteous and helpful front desk staff are essential for creating a positive impression of the business. Unfortunately, my encounter with them fell short of this expectation. Rude behavior from employees can deter potential customers and tarnish the reputation of the business. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing measures to improve the customer service experience at the front desk. Providing training on effective communication and emphasizing the importance of friendly demeanor could greatly enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I wish I could take stars away from this place, as a one-star rating is simply too kind. It's hard to put into words how much I would discourage anyone from visiting this office. While the doctors are fine, the front office staff is beyond incompetent. They do not answer calls, they do not return calls, they do not listen to voicemail. It would be an enormous task to find anyone as uncaring and unqualified as the current staff. If you decide to roll the dice and visit this place, plan on waiting over an hour in the waiting room. Plan on being turned away for appointments you showed up for. Plan on getting your own neurology degree.

Finally walked out 75 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Rec'd two voicemails (15 and 24 minutes after leaving from two different staff members) as I was driving. Neither one offered a shred of an apology. One asked me to call back to reschedule. No thanks. I liked Dr. Harris, but my time is valuable as well. You can't expect to treat your patients with such disregard and expect them to return. (it's ironic that they make it clear that if you're more than 10 minutes late, you will be rescheduled so clearly, only their time matters) I emailed my displeasure, addressed to the Practice Manager the same day and have yet to receive a reply. It seems they just really don't care.

Terrible with appointments, returning calls, give you documentation, & actually caring for their patients. Ive been calling them for weeks to get my paperwork or set an appointment & they dont answer or return my calls. They delayed my appointments by over an hour. Its been months now & I still cant get the help I can & thanks to them I have to start this process over again somewhere off. Please do not go here if you really need help.

Finding a neurologist that has an appointment for you, is like winning the lottery. Finding one that wants to help you and works with you to get you better, is winning the lottery and making use of the winnings. I found myself in need of a neurologist earlier this year and was lucky enough to get an appointment with NP Sarah Hawkins and have been back to this location every six weeks. She takes her time listen to my needs and works with me finding medications that work for me! I'm very happy with the treatment received here and everyone, including the front desk folks are great to work with!
