Said they'd come in a couple hours. Two hours later they call and say they can't show up and we'd have to wait until the morning. We told them at the onset that we needed this taken care of tonight. They said they'd call around but never called back. So with no other options we called another company who quickly came out and resolved the issue (props to them for being professional and timely unlike KeyMe). On top of that they seem to have additional miscommunication with their locksmith because he showed up anyway without calling us back that they could in fact make it out. Feel bad for that guy but when they tell you they can't come and don't call back to change that info what else is there to do?

Absolutely the best experience. My kids were locked out and I was in another state and the technician took care of fixing the lock and getting new keys in lightning speed. Constantly communicating with me from beginning to end. Would highly recommend the service!!!!
