I used this agency for about 10 years and was always happy with them. They are responsive to emails, proactive about making sure we are taking advantage of discounts, and were helpful on the rare occasion that we filed a claim. I would absolutely use Christine again for my insurance needs.

We joined the AmFam Insurance family 3 years ago. The agent who first took care of us retired a few months later and the replacement agent was nowhere near as good. After 2 years of dealing with a non-responsive, excuse making, slacker if an agent, I decided to look for a new agent. We loved our AmFam policies so I did a Google search of other agents in the area. Christine had good reviews so I reached out to her. She not only returned my call within a few minutes, but set up a time on her calendar with me for a consultation. She answered all the questions Id been waiting for months to have answered! She was warm and professional, I knew we had finally found our agent! The transition to Christine was smooth and hassle free. She will reach out to me with options of how I can save on our policies whenever she comes across them. I know that she has our familys best interest in mind. We bought a new car a few days ago and I emailed her the VIN from the dealership at 5:27. I didnt expect her to respond until the following morning as it was after ours. Needless to say I was shocked when around 15 min later I received an email back saying our new car was insured and to please let her know if the new insurance cards were available the next morning in the app. Customer service that is above and beyond is what you get from Christine. I HIGHLY recommend her. She will treat you like family.

Best insurance experience I ever had in my 30+ years as a home owner. They answered the phone promptly, are very cordial and attentive. They answered all my questions in detail and gave different options with rates to compare. I got home, auto and umbrella in one package; saving a lot of money. Truly an outstanding team to work with.
