Brian has some superiority complex , it makes no sense why he would refuse me to elevate my concern to the manager on duty ? Asking me for my email and for my information ? Going extremely too far making me extremely uncomfortable.

I initially had some issues with Alleviate, but their customer service saved the day. Weve done a deep clean and last minute quick clean and were very happy with the results.

Do not waste your money!! I used alleviate cleaning for a move out cleaning, because I thought hiring a cleaning service myself would be cheaper than what the leasing company would charge. For 350$ I expected the house to be clean, unfortunately I could not do the walk through afterwards because I had to be at work and have already moved out but I wish I had! The floors were left soo dirty (I dont think a mop touched them,) there was dust left on surfaces and crumbs/hair in the sink. Very disappointing because im sure the leasing company will still have to hire a cleaning service and that money will be taken from my security deposit. The only reason I gave two stars was because they had so much availability and it was easy to book. Service: Moving-related cleaning
