Floral Cave

I came here on mothers day. The florist helped me pick out a orchid for my mom. And she also told me how to care for it. Amazing service and a beautiful little shop.

This was my florist for my recent wedding, and I was hugely disappointed with the time management and lack of communication. Said she was coming at a much later time than in our initial meeting and then still showed up 40 minutes after that, cutting it less than an hour before the ceremony to get us our bouquets/boutonnires and for her to set up a floral arch on a gazebo. This set us back for our photo timeline since we had planned on getting all the wedding party ones done before the ceremony and had me in tears wondering if the flowers would make it at all. The arrangements were beautiful and made the way I expected and discussed with Kim, so that almost made up for the extra stress. I just want to warn any other brides still wanting to use floral cave, to be very very clear with when you need your flowers or even say an earlier ceremony time and they might get there when they should. She did also apologize, which helps but just be warned if this is something that will also stress you out.
