I got a car through this company. I paid my bill at least a week ahead every payment. I dont understand why the balance didnt go down. Then I couldnt pay for the car, I parked it and told them to come get it. They refused and tried to give me a chance. Realizing I cant pay for the car, I called to tell them to come get it- the rude lady on the phone asked if I was driving the car, I said no. She asked if it has a tag and insurance, I said no-when I couldnt pay for it, I parked itshe replied thats why you arent driving it-I just hung up. Im too old to listen to her dumb opinions and argue over anything I cant fix. She must be working from home, talking to people like that!! Sad thing is-I was going to ask a family member to help me BUT, she changed my mind-quickly!!

I have only had my car for a 3 weeks and already experience noting but headache with this company and lack of communication. the lady in charge of my account is very rude and unprofessional and I've been waiting on my email with my information over a week nothing. I had to call and get it after being transferred 3 times. it's a mess!! I wish I could go with my old finance company or transfer to someone else!!!

I have read all of the reviews and heard about the horrible experience (s) some people have had! However, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Miss Courtney Askew. Very professional, nice and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond. Was very nice and courteous. Thanks again!!!!!
