        First room had a toilet that kept flooding which was no fault of our own, and unfortunately some roaches. We got moved to another room which seemed to solve the toilet and roach problem, but the 2nd room had gnats! The general manager and maintenance person were the only perks. We checked out after a week.

      Hi Thank you for your review. Our extended stay properties are more like an apartment than a hotel. On average, our guests stay multiple weeks at a time and InTown becomes home! Offering limited office hours allows us to keep our costs down and pass along the savings to our guests! Typically, our offices are typically open from 11am-7pm. Our Courtesy Officer is also available for late check-ins and after hours requests. Thanks again, and we hope to see you again soon! General Manager
