        Hiring managers with no real knowledge of knowing how to run the shipping/ receiving department, never hiring the good contractors who has been there for years. Employees/ managers stabbing others in the back to cover up there mistakes.. managers/ employees contradicting procedures put in place for there benefits. SFSI lie to there contractors to get them on board to only to find out later they was never getting hired on as a true Siemens Energy employees.. working hard workers harder and not disciplining the ones who don't work.
