I sent a bill changer to them that was t working and after keeping it 2 weeks they sent it back still not working and charged me $45. I was told the tech fixed and cleaned the unit but obviously nothing was done. These people are crook!

Ordered something (3d printer filament) on their website. After about half a week with not so much as an emailed order confirmation, I reached out to them through the form on their website. Several days later and still not having any response, I emailed them through the sales email from their facebook page, at which point they tell me that although it was never indicated on their website, the product was on backorder. They said they would add another spool to compensate. I wait about two more weeks. Its delivered, but the spool that was the reason I made the order was wrong. The color, the main thing that needed to be right, was wrong in addition to the weight. The spool looks nothing like what's depicted on the listing on their website. I try to tell them of this issue, and they try to tell me I'm wrong. That my weighing scale is ~325g off and that my eyes don't work? Ridiculous.
