This clinic is nice, great location with fabulous doctors. However, some of their receptionists are just rude and have a lot of attitudes and tend to play dumb for no reason when they know what is going on. Like you call them to schedule an appointment and give all the information to one person and she goes and explains everything to someone else and put her on the phone, and the second person who is already in the loop and aware of what you need says how can I help you? And gets an attitude with the client. This behavior is very childish. Your job is to answer the phone calls and speak with the clients with respect, help the clients schedule, move or cancel their appointments without getting an attitude or playing dumb and without trying to give them and their families hard time to just schedule a simple appointment. We did not sign up for dealing with your rudeness nor your attitudes.

I was referred here by my OBGYN because Im not pregnant so they couldnt give me anything for high blood pressure. Ive had high blood pressure for a long time and I never found the right medication that works for me or doctors that actually listened so I thought o would check Dr. Song outwell I wasnt happy at all. The front desk was amazing. I get to the back to get vitals checked and the tech states that my blood pressure which was manual so I could see the actual numbers and was told my Blood pressure was 120s/80s or something that was close to normal. Ive NEVER had a normal reading in over 10 years. RED FLAG NUMBER 1. Then as she leaves and the doctor comes inI tell him my situation and that I need a blood pressure medicine thats safe in pregnancy because Ive already had a miscarriage a few months ago and Im planning to become pregnant soon and would love a pregnancy safe medication. He then goes to say hydrochlorothiazide, which by the way causes abnormalities in fetuses. I dont have to be a doctor to know that. RED FLAG NUMBER 2. I then stated that Nifedipine is safe in pregnancies being that I know some women who are pregnant on it. He then switches it and prescribes Nifedipine. Okay so he listen to my heart and says he hears a murmur! RED FLAG NUMBER 3. Ive had over 50 exams and never once been told I have a murmur. Then he goes to say I need all these tests done which I know what that means. More money for them! Mind you, Ive had all these TESTS done and they all came back normal. I am also a nurse a listened to my OWN heart and its completely NORMAL! They wont get me again with that little trick. Yea no thanks! If I wasnt a nurse and wasnt on my toes in this office, I would have thousands of dollars in a bill and a deformed baby. Will not be back!
