Deka Lash

I went to this Deka Lash location from December 2021 - April 2022. Prior to December 2021 I had never had lash extensions so I did not know what to expect. So to my knowledge at the time, my lashes seemed like they were done okay. It was only after receiving fill-ins for several months from Jordan Lauria that I started to notice my lash extensions were worse and worse and I was losing a lot of my natural eyelashes due to incorrect lash application. The lash extensions were applied to where one lash extensions was glued to several of my natural eyelashes. This is shown in the attached pictures. The extensions were glued to eyelashes at the end of the growth cycle as well as new ones, so as the older lash grew it would pull my baby lashes out. I had to find a new lash tech to fix Deka's mistake and take these extensions off for me. My natural lashes were extremely damaged from all the fill-ins with Deka Lash. My new lash tech told me this was the worst lash job she had ever seen. I also ran into issues with Deka Lash when it came to cancelling my account. I had requested it cancelled and they ended up charging me after I was told it was cancelled. They would not give me the money back even though I explained this to them. They explained they would cancel my subscription from that point forward and I could use the 115 dollars for other services. But after knowing how their services are not up to the standard or quality they should be (and not being performed with the customers eyelash health in mind), I refused and stated I did not want to return to this business. They would not refund me. I went to the BBB and they also would not back me on the situation, so I disputed the charge with my CC company and thankfully they helped me get my money back. I would also like to add that I know a couple other people that got their lashes done at this location and one of them told me that my old lash tech, Jordan, would trash talk me at their fill-ins after I had cancelled my subscription. This doesn't bother me personally, but it is unprofessional and thought it would be important to mention in this review. This company only cares about getting customers in and out and taking their money. They will not care about you if you have an issue with them. They will get on the defense instead of trying to help you resolve the issue. It is all about money instead of focusing on providing customers with a thorough and well performed service. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone, especially this location. I went through this and ended up with damaged and short lashes so that you do not have to. If you are reading this because you are thinking about trying it out, there are other very qualified lash techs in the area that can do them better. Pictured you can see the lashes stuck together, as well as where my natural lashes had been ripped out too early because of excessive tension in addition to too much glue and poor isolation performed by Jordan Lauria the lash tech at Deka Lash.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Mimi did my lashes and I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. This was my first time getting my lashes done and she was careful to explain everything to me. Thank you, Mimi!

The most relaxing hour I have had in a long time! I had the lash lift with brow clean up with Mimi. I am very happy with the results and will be back.

Mimi is the best! I went for the classic lashes and thought I would only do it once for vacation but Ive been back 3 times! Fast, easy , and natural!!! Everything I asked for . You should go and ask for Mimi. They all stayed on and I had no problems all 3 times.
