Victoria and Mr. Menefee at pen pointe brokers and pen pointe foundation prepared me to fix my credit so that I can get the preapproval for my home loan. They are very knowledgeable on what the lenders look for. They also made sure I received the best deal from incentives and credits from the sellers to a low fixed interest rate from my lender. They are the best In the business! They were there to answer my many questions and concerns as a first time homebuyer. I would recommend them a million times!
